The 'Quick Search' facility, accessed via the search box in the top left hand corner of all of our pages, and covers all areas of the website except attachments.
Searching This Site
To begin a 'Quick Search' simply place your cursor in the search box and type a 'keyword' or words. Click 'Go' or press the 'Return' (or Enter) key on your keyboard and our search engine will attempt to find matches for your keyword(s) within this site.
Search Results
Entering a precise keyword or phrase into the Quick Search box will speed up the time our search engine takes to find a list of results. For example entering a general term such as 'Durham' will find a long list of results, but by entering 'Durham and Council' your search will be refined and the number of results will be reduced.
Note that search results are listed according to the area of the website in which they are located.
